Brockport, NY – The SUNY Brockport men's basketball team is on the road for a pair of games this weekend. Brockport will battle Oneonta on Friday at 7:30 pm before traveling to face New Paltz with a 4 pm tip-off.
Last Time Out: The Golden Eagles blew out Fredonia, 88-60, on the road to continue the winning streak to nine games.
Tyler Collins scored a game-high 17 points on an efficient 6-for-8 shooting from the field.

Devante Hagins all put up at least 10 points in the contest as well.
Looking for Double-Digits: Riding the momentum of a nine-game win streak heading into the weekend, Brockport looks to win its 10
th and potentially 11
th straight win this weekend. The team is currently on its longest win streak since the 2013-14 season when it rattled off 15 wins in a row. Brockport finished the 2013-14 season 24-4 overall and 16-2 in SUNYAC play.
Receiving Votes: With a record of 16-3 overall and 11-1 in the SUNYAC, Brockport is receiving votes in the latest D3hoops Top 25 National Poll. With six votes in the recent poll, it marks the most votes for the program since the 2016-17 season.
Only Four Left: Following this weekend's set of contests, there are only four remaining games on the regular season schedule for the Green and Gold. The team will host Fredonia and Geneseo for its final home games. The season will conclude with road trips to take on Cortland and Oswego. The SUNYAC Tournament is scheduled to begin on February 25
th.
Oneonta Matchup: The biggest matchup of the weekend is against the Oneonta Red Dragons who are currently 13-4 overall and 9-1 in the SUNYAC. They have won five straight going into Friday's game, as the team looks for revenge against Brockport who is the only conference team to defeat Oneonta. Brockport blew out the Red Dragons in the first meeting this year, 81-61, and looks to complete the series sweep this weekend.
New Paltz Matchup: The Hawks are now 5-13 overall and just 1-10 in the conference. The team has lost three in a row prior to the weekend and are towards the bottom of the SUNYAC Standings. Brockport looks to sweep the season series on Saturday, as it defeated New Paltz 88-59 earlier this year.
Next Game: After the weekend road trip the Golden Eagles are back home for one of their final two home games on Tuesday, February 11
th. This Play 4 Kay game is set to tip-off at 7:30 pm at the Jim and John Vlogianitis Gymnasium.
