Brockport, NY – The Brockport men's lacrosse team is at home on Friday for a matchup with Cortland. It is Senior Day as the graduating class will be recognized prior to the 4 pm start time.

Last Time Out: Oswego, NY – The Brockport men's lacrosse team earned a bounce back win against Oswego away from home on Friday. The Golden Eagles improved to 2-3 overall and 2-2 in the SUNYAC following the 9-3 victory.
Owen VanWie recorded team-high and a season-high of four points on the day coming from two goals and two assists.
Liam O'Connor and
Brendan Halleran each beat the Oswego goalie twice in the contest.
Senior Day: Friday marks the final home contest of the season and will be Senior Day for the Golden Eagles. Each graduating player will be recognized and thanked in a short ceremony before the action gets started. Here is the list of players that will be honored on Senior Day:

Leading the Eagles: Jack Peterson is the team's leading point scorer and goal scorer this season. Peterson has tallied 10 points on seven goals and three assists.
Liam O'Connor has four assists on the year, which is tops on the squad.
Owen VanWie is second in goals and assists, owning a line of eight points on five goals and three helpers.
John Felice has made 37 saves in net for Brockport and owns a .468 save percentage.
Looking at Cortland: The Cortland Red Dragons are 6-3 overall and 3-1 in SUNYAC play. They have now won four in a row, including a win over Brockport earlier this season. The last time these two teams played, Cortland was at home for the 19-5 win. The Red Dragons got up 10-3 at the half and continued that pace through the finish line.
Up Next: The Golden Eagles will hit the road next week for their final regular season game of 2021. They travel to battle Geneseo for a 4 pm start.
