Brockport, NY – The SUNY Brockport Men's Lacrosse team is back home on Friday for another SUNYAC battle. Geneseo comes to town for a 4pm start at Eunice Kennedy Shriver Stadium.

Last Time Out: The Green and Gold improved to 1-1 overall and 1-0 in conference play with a 12-5 win over Oswego last game.
Jack Peterson had himself a day, tallying three goals and one assist.
Liam O'Connor added three points on two assists and one goal, while
Rocco Santillo matched Peterson with three goals. The bounce back win saw Brockport's face-off specialist
Ethan Stiles give the team an 11-10 edge in face-off wins.
Sheridan's Highlight: Patrick Sheridan may have only scored one goal against Oswego, but it was the highlight of the day. As Sheridan was attacking the middle of the defense he took a behind the back shot to beat the Oswego goalkeeper. The spectacular play aired on ESPN's

Leading the Way: Liam O'Connor is leading the team right now with six total points from three goals and three assists.
Jack Peterson's four points is second on the team so far this season. Teammates
Rocco Santillo,
Owen VanWie, and
Brandon Sveda all have contributed three points for the Green and Gold.
Forcing Turnovers: Defensively,
Aidan Fitzgerald leads the way with seven caused turnovers in just two games. Fitzgerald is also tied for tops on the squad with six ground balls.
James Mirabell and
Jahadi Prior have a combined collection of 10 caused turnovers. This collective effort on defense has led the team to surrendering just 6.5 goals per game.
Felice in Net: John Felice owns the cage for Brockport, holding a 1-1 record in two starts. The junior goalkeeper has made 14 saves while facing 57 total shots. Felice owns a .519 save percentage and has played every minute of both games for the Golden Eagles.
Scouting Geneseo: The Geneseo Knights are currently 1-2 overall and 1-0 in SUNYAC play. After starting the season with a pair of losses to St. John Fisher and Ithaca, Geneseo came up with a close 10-9 win over Cortland. With six goals in 2021, Kevin Cook is the leading scorer although James Pratt is close behind with five scores. Tim Fallo leads the team with five assists. Fallo and Cook are tied for first with eight total points each for the Knights. Goalkeeper Mark Pav is 1-2 in net with 54 made saves and a saves percentage of .643.
