Brockport, NY – The No. 16 Brockport Women's Lacrosse team is at home on Saturday for a conference game against the Fredonia Blue Devils. Game is scheduled to begin at 1 pm at Eunice Kennedy Shriver Stadium.

Last Time Out: The Golden Eagles handled the Nazareth Golden Flyers at home on Tuesday, winning 12-5.
Heather Conklin led the team in scoring for the second straight game with five goals and an assist. Goalkeeper
Morgan Elmer made a career high 17 saves in the win. Brockport has now won three straight, and owns a record of 3-2 overall and 2-1 in the SUNYAC.
History Looming: Conklin added five goals to her tally on Tuesday's win over Nazareth, tying
Kelly Wall's program record of 184 career goals (2014-2017). Saturday could be the record-breaker, if Conklin can find the net for a single goal against the Blue Devils. She scored against Fredonia six times earlier this season when Brockport defeated the Blue Devils, 21-4.
Stingy Defense: The Green and Gold have been sound defensively. They rank third in the SUNYAC, allowing an average of 7.6 goals a game. Over Brockport's three game win streak, they have allowed 4.6 goals a game. Between the pipes,
Morgan Elmer has posted the conference's second highest save percentage at .587 and the third lowest goals against average of 8.34.
Dynamic Trio: Allison Jennings,
Natalie Strough, and
Heather Conklin have controlled the Golden Eagles offense. The three players have tallied a total 60 points over five games, and are all top four in the SUNYAC in points. Conklin leads the SUNYAC in goals scored with 17, while Jennings is in fourth with 14 goals. Strough has 20 assists to put her atop the conference in that category and she has scored eight goals.
Looking at Fredonia: The Blue Devils enter this contest with an 0-4 record, 0-2 in SUNYAC play. Fredonia has fallen to D'Youville, Oswego, Brockport and Allegheny this season. Sophomore Erin Woods leads the Blue Devil attack with eight goals and 11 points. In net, sophomore Emily Carr has started all four games, and has earned a .360 save percentage. In the first meeting between these teams, Allison Coon had two goals for Fredonia.
