Brockport, NY – On Tuesday night, Brockport's volleyball team lost a close match at home to St. John Fisher, 3-2. The squad is now 18-6 overall with just two more regular season matches left before the postseason.
After taking two points in the first two sets (25-21, 25-22), Brockport went up 2-0 to start off the match. The visiting Cardinals then grabbed the momentum to win three straight sets (25-18, 25-18, 15-10), as they stole the win in five sets.
Myah Frostclapp posted a season-high 17 kills to lead the Green and Gold. Frostclapp also had four block assists on the way to totaling 19 points and earning a .548 attack percentage.
Jordan Thompson had 11 kills, four aces, 14 digs, and three total blocks in the match.

Madalyn Bowen came up with a match-best 31 digs for the Golden Eagles defensively.
Andrea Coyle was next with 17 digs to go with her nine kills.
Brooklyn Sullivan was effective during her rotations with 12 digs.
Ashley Allen led the team with 22 assists from her setter position. She also had five digs, two kills, and one block assist.
Kerri McHale contributed 17 assists as well as 10 digs and a pair of kills.
The Golden Eagles are now on the road this weekend to close out the regular season at the Carnegie Mellon Tri-Match. They take on Denison University at 12:30pm on Saturday before a 2:30pm matchup against the host team, Carnegie Mellon.
