Box Score BROCKPORT, NY - The SUNY Brockport men's lacrosse team defeated the Plattsburgh Cardinals in the SUNYAC matchup on the road Saturday afternoon by a score of 13-1.

Rocco Santillo recorded the most goals in the game scoring four for the Golden Eagles while
Owen VanWie tallied four points scoring three goals and one assist against the Cardinals.
Nelson Logan tallied three points with one goal and two assists while
Ethan Stiles and
Ryan McCarthy each recorded one goal and one assist. Carson Colluci managed to score two goals while
Jhovanny Olivares scored one goal. both
Ben Hay and
Aidan Fitzgerald also each recorded assistance.

The Golden Eagles tallied a total of thirty-four ground balls in the game with 10 caused turnovers.
Ethan Stiles led the team with six ground balls while
Aidan Fitzgerald scooped up five.
Max Riley totaled four ground balls in the game as
James Mirabell and

Fitzgerald now has a total of 64 ground balls this season while Stiles records a total of 62 ground balls and added on four more caused turnovers to his team-high 28 giving him a total of 32 this season.

The Golden Eagles got off to a hot start by scoring the first goal 30-seconds into the game. Two more goals in the quarter would give Brockport the 3-0 lead heading into the second quarter of play.

Scoring 2:55 into the second quarter to give Brockport the 4-0 lead, Plattsburgh would score its only goal of the game with 9:20 remaining in the second quarter.

From there, the Green and Gold would score a total of nine unanswered goals made up of four more goals in the second making it an 8-1 Brockport lead going into halftime.

After the half, Brockport scored three goals in the third quarter and two more in the fourth to give the Golden Eagles the 13-1 Victory.

John Felice earned the win for the Golden Eagles making eight saves in the game before
Cameron Kuzniar made two saves In the game.

Brockport now advances to 8-3 overall and 3-1 in the SUNYAC while Plattsburgh drops to 3-10 and 0-4 in the SUNYAC.
