The nationally-ranked No. 23 SUNY Brockport women's lacrosse team rolled to its second straight SUNYAC Conference victory as the Golden Eagles topped host Buffalo State 21-4 on Wednesday afternoon. Brockport's
Claire Odett led the way with a team-high nine points, and she now has 20 total points in her last three outings. Odett ranks sixth in the SUNYAC with 19 assists this season. 11 of her 19 assists this year have come in her last two games.
Six different Golden Eagles registered at least two points and Brockport has now won four of its last six games. Brockport has outscored its opponents 38-8 in their last two victories and the Golden Eagles are currently 7-5 overall and 4-2 in league play with three conference games remaining on their regular season schedule.
Cassidy Burnash registered six total points and she now has 11 points in her last two games. She has 63 career goals and 17 assists for a total of 80 points in less than three full seasons in the green and gold. Reigning SUNYAC Rookie of the Year
Logan Hibbard also added six points and she has 14 total points in her last three games. In just under two full seasons at Brockport she has 72 career points on 46 goals and 26 assists.
Senior goalie
Morgan Elmer stopped three shots ann picked up the victory for Brockport. In four seasons at Brockport, she has 34 wins (second all-time) and 451 career saves to her credit.
Julia Quinlan continued her recent tear with a career-high and team-best four goals on the afternoon. Quinlan now has seven points in her last two games.
Courtney Cunningham chipped in with two goals of her own and she now has five multi-point games this season.
Alexandria VanDerKar added one goal and two assists. Cunningham also added seven draw controls.
Brockport jumped out to a quick 10-1 lead in the first quarter and cruised to a 15-2 lead and a running clock by halftime. Brockport did not let down in the second half as the Golden Eagles outscored the first-year Bengal's 7-2 in the final 30 minutes of the contest.

Ashley Hershfield each chipped in with one goal. Caramore has five goals in her last three games. Hershfield and Ford each recorded their first collegiate goals.
Odett also led Brockport with three ground balls. Hibbard led Brockport with eight draw controls. Hibbard ranks in the top 10 in the league with 49 draw controls this season. Hibbard, Cunningham, Vanderkar, Burnash and
Devin Tietjen each chipped in with two caused turnovers.
Erin Lant closed the door between the pipes for Brockport as she stopped three shots for the Golden Eagles.
The Golden Eagles return to action on the road Saturday when they travel to SUNY Plattsburgh to take on the Cardinals at 1 p.m.
