Geneseo, NY - The SUNY Brockport tennis team wrapped up its 2021-22 season on Saturday with a loss to Geneseo, 9-0, on the road. Brockport finishes the year 4-5 overall and 1-5 in SUNYAC play.

Eliza Gonzalez lost a tough battle in first singles. After splitting the first two sets 1-6 and 6-1, Gonzalez ultimately lost the tiebreaker 8-10. Elizabeth Sirico, Samantha Aubin, and Shannon Aubin all fell in two sets in singles competition.

Eliza Gonzalez and Elizabeth Sirico teamed up in first doubles. The duo lost a close 8-5 matchup against the Knights. Sisters Shannon and Samantha Aubin fell together in second doubles, 8-2.

The Golden Eagles were officially eliminated from postseason contention after the loss, concluding their 2021-22 season.
