Buffalo, NY - The Brockport wrestling team competed at the Buffalo Duals against the University at Buffalo, Glenville State, and Seton Hill (PA) on Wednesday, November 1st. Facing off against Division I and Division II programs, the Golden Eagles went 0-3 on the day in Buffalo.

Against Division I opponent, University of Buffalo, the Golden Eagles suffered a 47-4 loss. Nick Franco scored a major decision win in the 285 lb division, 12-1, to grab points for the squad.

Against D2 #21 Glenville State, Brockport suffered a 40-6 defeat. Liam Bullock secured points for the Golden Eagles with a pinfall victory in the 125 lb division. 

Facing off with D2 Seton Hill University, the Golden Eagles were on the short end of a tight 30-16 loss. Liam Bullock scored a pinfall win in the 125 lb division, good for his second win by pinfall on the day. 

Francis Whitehouse was competitive throughout in the 141 lb division, securing points for the Golden Eagles against Seton Hill.

The Golden Eagles will return to the mat on Saturday, November 4th in Alliance, OH for the Mount Union Invitational.
