Women's Tennis Gets Back to Work WIth Match at Nazareth

Brockport, NY – On Friday, the SUNY Brockport women's tennis team is set to resume play for the year in a match on the road against Nazareth at 4pm.
 
Fall Season: The Golden Eagles concluded the fall season back in October. They ended up with a record of 2-8 overall and went 2-5 against SUNYAC opponents. The squad was able to pick up wins against Oswego, 5-4, and Fredonia, 8-1.
 
Short Spring: Brockport will only be playing two matches for the spring segment of the season. It begins on Friday, March 31st against Nazareth at 4pm. The team will then take on D'Youville on Friday, April 7th. With the Green and Gold already being eliminated from conference postseason play, the team will not compete at the SUNYAC Championships.
 
Senior Day: The Golden Eagles will conclude the year on Friday, April 7th with a 5:30pm meeting with D'Youville. It will be senior day as the program will recognize and honor its lone senior, Elizabeth Sirico. The match will be held at the Salmon Creek Country Club in Spencerport, NY.
