Brockport, NY – The SUNY Brockport Women's Field Hockey team fell 3-1 on Saturday morning against the New Paltz Hawks.
New Paltz scored first a minute into the second quarter at 16:03. The Hawks score again a minute later at 17:26. New Paltz scored their final goal of the game towards the end of the second quarter at 26:50.
Bailey Lazore scored the Golden Eagles lone goal in the third quarter unassisted at 35:09 into the third. The rest of the third and fourth quarter remained scoreless, leaving the Golden Eagles down with a final score of 3-1.

Madison Kirkpatrick all recorded shots for the Green and Gold. New Paltz out shot Brockport 16-8, and was awarded 17 penalty corners, to Brockport's 8.
In goal for the Green and Gold was
Ella Buchanan. Buchanan played 60:00 minutes in goal allowing two goals and making six saves.
Brockport will head on the road this week to Roberts Wesleyan for a 5pm game on Tuesday, September 26
th.
