Brockport, NY – The SUNY Brockport women's soccer team fell, 1-0, at home on Wednesday against the Oswego State Lakers. The Golden Eagles are now 8-2-1 overall on the season and 1-1-1 in the SUNYAC.
With neither team able to find the back of the net in the first 45 minutes, the game was tied, 0-0, going into the second half. Brockport fired three shots on target in the first, but Oswego's goalie Perry Anderson came up with saves on each play.
In the second half, Oswego's Alora Miller scored the lone goal in the 90 minute competition. She scored in the 89th minute of the match to steal a 1-0 win in conference play.
Brockport recorded a total of nine shots to Oswego's 12. Both teams received four corner kick opportunities. Despite not getting on the scoreboard, Brockport had seven shots on goal compared to just three from the opposition.

Jaylah Cossin all recorded shots for the Golden Eagles.
Madeline McCrosson played a total of 90 minutes in goal, making two saves and allowing one goal.
