Brockport, NY- The Brockport ice hockey team will take on Utica on the road in UCHC action on Friday, November 15
th, at 7 p.m. Brockport will host the Pioneers on Saturday, November 16
th at 5 p.m.

Last Outing: Brockport fell short in Manhattanville, 6-3, on Saturday, November 9
th. The Golden Eagles dropped to 0-2-2 on the season following the loss.

Spencer Flansburg has led the Golden Eagles in the scoring department. Flansburg has tallied two goals and three assists for five points on the season, tied with
Chase Maxwell for the team lead in assists (3). Â

Defensive Stars: Despite holding a -45 rating as a team,
Mitchell Haight and
Dominic Chirico have been strong through the Golden Eagles' first four games. Haight has proved to be a two-way threat for Brockport, posting a goal and an assist on the season with a team-best +4 rating on the season. In three games,
Dominic Chirico holds the team lead in blocked shots with four, adding a goal from the defenseman spot against Manhattanville.

Scouting Utica: The Pioneers currently sit as the #3 team in the nation, holding a 3-1 record, most recently defeating Nazareth 6-1 last Saturday. The Pioneers and Golden Eagles have not met since 2014, with Utica posting a 7-0-1 record against Brockport since 2002.
