The Golden Eagles would come to life in the final two minutes of the third, thanks to goals from Tristan Davis (2) and Julia Quinlan to tie the contest at 7-7 entering the fourth.

Rochester applied pressure early in the 4th quarter, with Alyssa Gordy burying two goals in 15 seconds (3 total) to put the Yellowjackets up 9-7 with 13:01 remaining.

Neither team would give an inch in the 4th, with Paige Thowe and Rochester's Anna Rogers trading goals to make the score 10-10 with less than 4 minutes remaining.
