Berea, OH - The Brockport wrestling team took 8^th place out of a field of 13 team at the 37th Annual John Summa Invitational in Ohio on Saturday, February 3^rd. The Golden Eagles scored 56.5 points en route to an 8^th-place finish.  
 
Nick Franco continued his strong season with a third-place finish in the men's 285lb division, scoring 23.5 big points for the Golden Eagles. Franco took the 3^rd place match following a medical forfeit for his 4^th win on the day.
 
In the men's 125lb division, Liam Bullock took seventh place with a 5-3 decision win over Noah Rosa of Wilkes, scoring 10 points for the Green and Gold.
 
Alex Burroughs scored 9.5 points for Brockport in the 133lb division, taking 8^th place overall.
 
Michael Syposs took 5 points in the men's 165lb weight class, scoring two wins by technical fall.
 
Mahmoud Esa grabbed 3 points for Brockport in the 149lb division, scoring a win by pinfall in his first match.
 
Max Morrison, Elijah Bonet, and Gavin McLaughlin accumulated 5.5 combined points for Brockport.
