Men's Lacrosse Falls at Nazareth, 21-8

Rochester, NY- The Brockport men's lacrosse team was defeated on the road at Nazareth, 21-8, on Wednesday, March 13th. The Golden Eagles fell to 1-4 following the loss.
 
The Golden Flyers soared out of the gate, scoring the game's first 4 goals, with two coming from Matthew Farrington.
 
Jackson Worden would stop the bleeding, scoring Brockport's first goal of the game 8:57 into the opening frame to make the score 4-1.
 
Nazareth would stay on the attack, scoring the next 5 goals to jump out to a 9-1 advantage.
 
Nick Askin would bury the next two goals in the second period, with Marc Zappula chipping in for an assist.
 
The Golden Flyers would score 3 of the last 4 goals of the half, taking a 12-4 lead into the break.
 
Nick Askin (2), Aidan Long, and Jackson Worden would score in the second half for Brockport, but Nazareth would outscore Brockport 9-4 in the second half to earn a 21-8 win.
