Brockport, NY- The Brockport men's lacrosse team will open conference play on the road against Oswego State on Monday, March 25th at 4 p.m.
 
Last Time Out: The Golden Eagles fell on the road at Chatham, 18-13, on Tuesday, March 19^th in Pittsburgh, PA.

Jackson Worden turned in a strong performance, scoring 4 goals in a 5-point effort.

Daniel Wright (1G, 2A), Nick Askin (2G, 1A), and Marc Zappula (1G, 2A) totaled 3 points each.

Andrew DiPalma scooped up a game-high 10 ground balls and added a goal.

Heating Up: Producing 4 goals and 7 points across his first 4 outings, Jackson Worden has stepped up his level of play across his last two outings. Worden has scored a hattrick or better in his last two starts, scoring 3 goals against Nazareth and adding a 5-point effort against Chatham (4G, 1A).

SUNYAC Leaders: Six games into the season, multiple Golden Eagles rank among the SUNYAC's finest in multiple statistical categories.

Nick Askin has proved to be one of the nation's finest goal-scorers, ranking 4^th in Division 3 in goals per game (4.67, 1^st in SUNYAC), and scoring a SUNYAC 2^nd best 5.17 points per game.

Andrew DiPalma has been excellent in the faceoff circle, winning a SUNYAC 2^nd-best 56.8% of faceoffs. DiPalma's 7.67 ground balls per game lead the SUNYAC.

Marc Zappula has been a key distributor for the Green and Gold, dishing out two assists per game (4^th best in the SUNYAC).

Scouting Oswego: The Lakers have gotten off to a 3-3 start, most recently rolling past Utica 13-4 at home last Thursday. Oswego has ridden a balanced scoring attack, with six players recording 10 points or more to begin the season. The Golden Eagles have been dominant in the head-to-head series, winning 8 of the last 10 meetings against the Lakers.
