Scouting New Paltz: The Hawks have jumped out to a 4-4 start, with Saturday's matchup serving as their SUNYAC opener. New Paltz boasts 5 players with 20 points or more, led by James Flanagan with 33 points on the year (19G, 14A). Goalie Ryan Steinhart has seen the majority of the action between the pipes for the Hawks, going 4-4 across 8 starts with 103 saves and 81 goals allowed. Brockport will enter Saturday looking to avenge last year's 8-7 overtime loss to the Hawks.
