Oswego, NY - The Brookport women's tennis team fell in its return to play at Oswego, 7-2, on Saturday, April 13^th. The Golden Eagles fell to 2-9 and 1-6 in SUNYAC play following the loss.
 
Eliza Gonzalez dominated in top singles play, securing Brockport's lone singles victory over Cara Campanie of Oswego (6-0, 6-2).
 
Gonzalez and Olivia Raschiatore would team up in top doubles action, defeating the Laker's top pair of Cara Campanie and Emily Lyga, 8-6.
 
Olivia Raschiatore came up short in a competitive match with Oswego's Emily Lyga in 2^nd singles play, falling 6-3 and 6-2.
 
Shannon Aubin and Samantha Aubin were defeated in 3^rd doubles action against Alyx Sperling and Rafaela Dimitrakopoulou (8-2).
 
Sophie Langdon fell in the final singles match of the day, with Emily Lussier picking up the win (6-0, 6-1).
