Brockport, NY – The Empire 8 Conference released its 2025 Women's Volleyball All-Conference Awards and Selections on Thursday, November 13
th. The Brockport Golden Eagles had four All-Empire 8 selections and one representative on the E8 Tomorrow's Leaders Team.
Alenna Williamson earns Brockport's lone 1
st-Team All-Conference selection for the 2025 season, earning the third All-Conference honor of her career. Williamson was named 2
nd-Team in 2024 (Empire 8) and 3
rd-Team in 2023 (SUNYAC). Across 75 sets played, she made an impact both offensively and defensively on the court. Williamson, now a 3-time all-conference select, racked up 147 kills on a .214 hitting percentage with 42 total blocks that included 13 solo blocks.
Ana Parella concludes her freshman campaign at Brockport with a 2
nd-Team All-Conference nod. Showing the ability to attack and defend, Parella quickly earned a spot in the starting rotation for Brockport in her first year. She totaled 133 kills on a .229 hitting percentage on the offensive side of the action. Defensively she led the team with 59 total blocks, including 14 solo blocks.
Madisen Jones marks Brockport's second freshman to earn 2
nd-Team All-Conference this season. Jones' .260 hitting percentage was tops on the team, as she racked up 194 kills in year one of collegiate action. Her average of 2.69 kills per set was tied for first on the squad and she was third for Brockport in 2025 with 485 attempts.
Kaitlyn Jewett collects the second postseason honor of her career at Brockport, earning 3
rd-Team All-Conference. She previously earned 3
rd-Team honors back in 2023 as a freshman playing in the SUNYAC. As Brockport's starting setter, Kaitlyn was the lone Golden Eagle to start all 26 matches and play in all 96 sets in 2025. Totaling 696 assists for the season, she averaged 7.25 assists per set on the way to surpassing 2,000 career assists. She also made strong contributions with 69 service aces and 187 digs.
One member of each team was named that institution's representative on the 2025 Women's Volleyball Tomorrow's Leaders Team. This team honors a student-athlete who has emerged as a leader not only on the field of play, but in the classroom and in the community. In addition, they "compete with honor and integrity" and have distinguished themselves and consistently exhibit the critical traits as outstanding sportswomen. This season,
Maddy Howell was selected from Brockport for this honor.
The Golden Eagles finished the 2025 season with a 17-9 overall record and a 9-2 mark in E8 play. As the No. 3 seed for the conference tournament, a first round sweep over Sage put the team in the semifinals for a second straight season. However, a loss to Hartwick in the semifinal round ended Brockport's run.
