BROCKPORT, NY - On Monday, November 3rd, the Empire 8 and United Collegiate Hockey Conference announced their selections for Ice Hockey Player and Rookie of the Week. Nick Reif was named Empire 8 Ice Hockey Player of the Week & UCHC Rookie of the Week following an explosive opening weekend.

The freshman from Depew, NY, posted four goals across two outings this past weekend, including two on the power play. In Brockport's 6-2 win over Neumann in Pennsylvania, Reif recorded his first collegiate hat-trick, scoring three straight goals in a matter of minutes. 

The Brockport Ice Hockey team sits at 1-1 overall to begin the season and will host Buffalo State in home opener action on Friday, November 7th at 7 pm.
