BROCKPORT, N.Y – The SUNY Brockport Department of Athletics is proud to announce the promotion of Brendan Miller to Associate Head Coach. Miller joined the Brockport Ice Hockey Program in 2022-23 as an assistant coach and will enter the 2025-26 season in the new position. 

Miller, entering his fourth season with the Green and Gold, has brought a wealth of high-level playing experience to the Brockport coaching staff, helping lead Geneseo to three SUNYAC Championships. Instrumental to Geneseo's rise to national prominence, Miller's career highlights include an NCAA Championship Semifinals appearance in 2019 and an NCAA National Championship appearance in 2022.

Graduating from SUNY Geneseo in 2022 with a degree in Business Administration, Miller finished his four-year playing career with 54 points (21G, 33A) in 83 games, playing all but two games for the Knights from 2018 to 2022. Miller was named to the SUNYAC All-Tournament team in 2020, helping lead Geneseo to their third straight conference championship.

The Golden Eagles open the 2025-26 season at SUNY Morrisville on Friday, October 24^th at 5 pm.
