Brockport, NY- The Brockport women's tennis team open the spring slate with a match at Oswego State on Saturday, March 29^th at noon.
 
Fall Recap: The Golden Eagles posted a 3-8 record with a 3-5 mark in Empire 8 play, earning the #6 seed in the Empire 8 Championship tournament. Kathleen Rodgers and Lena Paolicelli earned E8 Doubles Team of the Week honors following a 6-1 doubles win against Fredonia.
 
The Golden Eagles picked up victories over Alfred (5-2), Houghton (5-4), and Utica (9-0) in the fall season. Brockport season would end in the opening round of the Empire 8 Tournament, falling 5-0 to #3 seed Nazareth. Lena Paolicelli was named Brockport's Empire 8 Sportswoman of the Year at the conclusion of the fall season.
 
Spring Outlook: The Golden Eagles will compete in three matches across March and April, with two matches serving as rematches from the fall.

Scouting Oswego: The Lakers will enter Saturdays contest with a 12-1 record and 4-1 mark in SUNYAC play. Dating back to the fall season, Oswego has posted a perfect 6-0 match record on home court. The Golden Eagles will look to snap a three-match losing streak against the Lakers.
