Brockport, NY- The Brockport men's lacrosse team was on the short end of a 25-4 matchup at St. John Fisher on Wednesday, April 16
th. The Golden Eagles fell to 6-7 overall and 3-3 in Empire 8 contests.

The Cardinals jumped ahead early, scoring five goals in the opening quarter and holding Brockport to just four shots (1 SOG).

Despite finding six scoring chances and going 5-5 on clears in the second period, the Golden Eagles would be shut out in the opening half.

St. John Fisher would pour in seven more goals in the second period, entering halftime with a commanding 12-0 lead.

Following two more Cardinal goals to open the third, Brockport would respond with a pair of goals of their own.
Nate Askin would get Brockport on the board with an unassisted goal before
Jack Rice would connect at 4:38 in the third, making the score 14-2.

Despite fourth-quarter goals from
Carson Colucci and
Andrew Heins for the Green and Gold, St. John Fisher would net 13 of the games final 15 goals, cruising to a 25-4 win.
