Spencerport, NY- The Brockport women's tennis team closed out the 2024-25 season with senior day against Fredonia on Saturday, April 19th, from the Salmon Creek Country Club. The Golden Eagles fell to the Blue Devils, 4-3, finishing the season 3-11 overall and 3-5 in conference matches.

The Golden Eagles would pick up two wins in doubles play, beginning with Sophie Langdon and Olivia Raschiatore rolling to a 6-2 victory in second doubles.  

In third doubles action, the Golden Eagles pairing of Kathleen Rodgers and Grace Trebilcock cruised to a 6-2 win, with Brockport taking two of three doubles matches.

Cara Vasile would drop a hard-fought matchup in second singles, losing in two sets, 6-4 and 6-3. Sophie Langdon would come up short in fourth singles, falling in two sets (6-3, 6-1).

Lena Paolicelli would come through for Brockport in third singles action, dominating for the win in two sets (6-1, 6-2).

Rounding out the wins for Brockport was Erin McMichael, taking the 6-1 in both sets in sixth singles action.
