Brockport, NY- The #5 seeded Brockport men's lacrosse team will head to #4 seed Hartwick for the Empire 8 Tournament first round on Tuesday, April 29
th at 4 pm.

th. Â Brockport finished the 2025 regular season with an 8-8 record, posting a 5-4 mark in Empire 8 play.

Jack Acker (W, 8-7) set a new single-season saves record, collecting his 210
th save to surpass Cameron Kuzniar's record of 209. Acker would make 12 saves on the afternoon to earn the win.

Jack Acker would continue to make history. Acker would set a new program record for single-season saves against Keuka, making 210 stops on the season. With an 8-7 record on the season, Acker has seen career-best marks in GA/AVG (11.29) and save percentage (.575).

Welcome Back: In his first season as the Golden Eagles' head coach,Â
Nick Fiorentino has guided Brockport to its first playoff appearance since 2022. The Golden Eagles hold the #5 seed in the Empire 8 tournament, seeking their first playoff win since 2016.

Riding High: Powering the Brockport offense,
Carson Colucci and
Jack Rice will enter the postseason on significant scoring streaks. Rice (14G, 9A) and Colucci (20G, 3A) have scored a goal or better in their last seven outings, combining 46 points in that span.

Scouting Hartwick: The Hawks earned the #4 seed for the E8 tournament, finishing 8-6 overall and 6-3 in conference play. Brockport will look to avenge an 11-9 regular season loss to Hartwick in the regular season.
