Brockport, NY – The National Fastpitch Coaches Association recently released its selections for the 2025 All-Region Awards. Brockport's Olivia Simone was recognized as NFCA Division III All-Region III 3^rd-Team.
 
Olivia Simone becomes the first Golden Eagle since 2022 (Cameryn Duggan) to earn NFCA All-Region honors, after collecting a pair of All-Conference nods. Simone earned both 2^nd-Team All-Conference as an outfielder and 3^rd-Team All-Conference as a utility player in the Empire 8.
 
Simone had a fantastic season at the plate with a .420 average and 1.075 OPS. The outfielder/catcher totaled 50 hits, 12 doubles, six triples (tied program record), 23 RBIs, and 31 runs scored. At one point she rattled off an 11-game hit streak and she registered a .958 fielding percentage on the year.
 
Brockport finished off the 2025 campaign 14-22 overall and 6-16 in E8 play, missing out on a spot in the postseason. However, the Golden Eagles saw an increase in wins from 2024 in year one with the E8.
