Brockport, NY – The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has announced its selections for 2025 Division III All-Region. Brockport was represented by both Alayna Foos and Karaline McCarthy, who earned Empire Region 2^nd-Team honors.
 
Alayna Foos concludes her great career with the Golden Eagles by earning All-Region 2^nd-Team for the second straight season. This honor adds to her list of accolades that includes E8 1^st-Team All-Conference as well as SUNYAC 1^st-Team (2024), 2^nd-Team (2023), and 3^rd-Team (2022) selections. She concluded her senior season with 51 goals to go with career-highs of 23 assists and 74 points. Foos ends her career as an all-time great for the Golden Eagles, ranking third in program history with 176 career goals and seventh all-time with 232 career points.
 
Karaline McCarthy put together an incredible freshman campaign at Brockport, joining Foos as an All-Region 2^nd-Team selection. McCarthy gets the all-region nod to go with E8 1^st-Team All-Conference and Empire 8 Rookie of the Year honors. She made heavy contributions for Brockport all over the field in year one at the collegiate level. Karaline filled her stat line with 34 goals and 31 assists for 65 total points offensively. She finished with 93 draw controls on the year, the most in a single season for Brockport since 2019 (Heather Conklin – 119). McCarthy also scooped up 23 ground balls, caused 10 turnovers, and scored two game-winners on the season.
 
The Golden Eagles finished the season 9-9 overall with a 7-2 mark in Empire 8 Conference play. After hosting Utica for a 16-2 win in the opening round of the postseason, Brockport's season ended in the E8 Semifinals with a 13-9 loss to Geneseo.
