Golden Eagles Face Top-20 Gauntlet at Castleton Quad

CASTLETON, VT – Fresh off a dominant SUNYAC Championship title and a successful road trip to Worcester, the SUNY Brockport wrestling team faced its most daunting challenge of the season on Saturday at the Castleton Quad. The Golden Eagles went toe-to-toe with a trio of nationally ranked powerhouses: #10 Castleton, #14 Johnson & Wales, and #20 Springfield College.

While Brockport dropped all three duals—falling 33-6 to Castleton, 34-6 to Johnson & Wales, and 34-11 to Springfield—the day was defined by grit and high-level competition against the country's best.

Dual and Extra Match Results

The Green and Gold faced a relentless schedule, utilizing both the primary duals and "extra matches" to test their depth against elite talent.
