Colby Spooner (Hilton, NY/Aquinas Institute) scored his first three goals of the season and has been named The College at Brockport Male Athlete of the Week.

In Friday night’s fifth annual Saves For a Cure game, Spooner scored his first goal of the season with a first period score against Morrisville. The Golden Eagles went on to win their final State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) contest of the year 4-2.

In Spooner’s final game of his Brockport career, the senior scored two goals against Franklin Pierce as the Golden Eagles dropped the Ravens 6-2. Spooner scored the game’s first goal just 55 seconds into the contest. The senior finished off the Brockport scoring with a third period goal at the 10:50 mark.

Spooner finished his Brockport career with 12 points on seven goals and five assists.
