Freshman Jon Ivy (Rochester, NY/East) scored a career-high 22 points during The College at Brockport’s 66-60 win over Cortland in the regular-season finale. After averaging 18.7 points and 5.3 rebounds per game over his last three contests, Ivy is Brockport’s Male Athlete of the Week.

Ivy scored 18 points during the Golden Eagles’ Senior Night loss to Buffalo State, and followed that up with a team-high 16 points against Oswego and 22 points vs. Cortland. Against the Red Dragons, Ivy made 7 of his 11 shots, and over his last eight games, Ivy has made 53 percent of his shots from the floor.

The freshman guard has reached double-figures in scoring in 13 of Brockport’s last 15 games, and is averaging 12.7 points per game during that stretch.
