Matt Arita was a force to be reckoned with for the Golden Eagles in their 56-7 win over Hobart College to open the 2018 season. The senior had two interceptions on the day, including a pick-six, which he returned 60 yards for the score, blowing the game open before the half, at 42-0. The Somers, N.Y. native also had two pass breakups, and three tackles on the day. Arita was a key part of the stifling defensive unit that held its opponents to a mere five-rushing yards, and only 124-yards of total offense.
