Senior
Kelly-Ann Henry (Glen Head, NY/North Shore) scored the first and last goals of the game in a 3-1 win for The College at Brockport field hockey team at St. John Fisher College on Tuesday. Brockport (8-7) scored two unanswered goals after the Cardinals (1-13) tied up the game at one early in the first half.
Henry opened up the scoring 9:14 into the game, when she scored on a shot from the top of the arc.
Jessica Blind was credited with an assist on the play. Only 39 seconds later, the Cardinals struck back when Alexis Zakala scored on a pass from Marissa Vedella on a penalty corner.

Ashley Elmes (Hopewell Jnct., NY/John Jay) redirected a pass by freshman
Nicole Atkins (East Amherst, NY/Williamsville South) for her first goal of the season, which was the game-winner.
The Golden Eagles were out-shot 6-5 in the first half, but took nine shots in the second stanza, while the Cardinals only attempted four. Brockport's added pressure paid off in the 62nd minute, a shot by Henry bounced off the Cardinals goalie and into the net, giving the senior her 11th goal of the year.

Kasey Schreiner (Hamburg, NY/Hamburg) finished the game with six saves in the win. St. John Fisher goalie Kellie Redmond registered five saves, all of which came in the first half.
The Golden Eagles return home on Wednesday, as they host Wells College at 4 pm.
