The SUNY Brockport track & field program competed at the Red Hawk Invitational hosted by Division II Roberts Wesleyan College on Friday afternoon.  The Golden Eagles sent a concentrated group of distance runners as the rest of the squad prepares for the Brockport Multi at Eunice Kennedy Shriver Stadium on Sunday and Monday. 

Jennifer Metz and Lucia Sibley placed 13^th (2:24.36) and 14^th (2:26.02) in the women's 800 meter dash, respectively.  Lisa Pink placed seventh in the 1500 meter race with a time of 4:56.43, while Rose Pitman added a time of 5:04.21 for a 10^th place finish in the same event. 

Nick Markle placed 10^th in the 800m race with a time of 2:00.92 and Frank Derdzinski added a time of 2:00.92.  Daniel Heil placed 15^th in the 1500 meter race with a time of 4:08.87.
