Brockport, NY- The SUNY Brockport Men's Ice Hockey team will travel to Elmira College on Saturday November 28^th for a 7pm puck drop at the Murray Athletic Center in Pine Valley New York. 
 
Weekend Recap: The SUNY Brockport Men's Ice Hockey team fell, 4-1, to Oswego State last Saturday. 
 
Oswego came out swinging with a goal at 1:26 into the first period. The Golden Eagles went into the first intermission trailing by one, after keeping the Lakers out of the net for the rest of the period.
 
At 7:07 into the second, Oswego added another goal to its tally on the scoreboard to go up, 2-0.

Shortly after, Adam Beauvais received the puck from across the ice and scored. Beauvais was assisted by teammates Connor Galloway and Jacob Rodrigue.

The Golden Eagles battled hard to close out the second period before heading into the second intermission down by one goal.

At 8:04 into the third period, the Lakers scored to make it a two-goal deficit for Brockport. Just two minutes later, Oswego scored again to create the comfortable, 4-1, final score.
 
Between the pipes for the Green and Gold was senior Aidan Curry. Aidan spent 59:26 minutes in the goal recording a total of 42 saves and allowing four goals.
 
Looking at the Soaring Eagles: Elmira will be going into Saturday's match up 4-4 overall and 3-1 in the New England Hockey Conference. They have a total of 21 goals this season to 301 shots. The team averages 2.6 goals a game and an overall shot percentage of .070. Their leading scorer is Junior, Janis Vizbelis with 5 goals.
 
Between the pipes are Kyle Curtin, Brody Haynes and Jeffery Zero. Curtin has spent 239:03 minutes in goal this year making 130 saves, allowing eight goals. Giving him a save percentage of .942. Haynes has spent 57:19 minutes in goal this season making 22 saves and allowing 2 goals against, giving him a save percentage of .917. Zero has spent 178:26 minutes in goal this season making 69 saves and allowing nine goals giving him a save percentage of .885.
 
Up Next: The Golden Eagles will travel to Fredonia State on Friday December 2^nd for a 7pm puck drop, before returning home the following night to host Buffalo State.
