Brockport, NY- The Brockport field hockey team will host #20 Geneseo on Wednesday, October 23^rd at 4 p.m.
 
Last Time Out: The Golden Eagles pulled out a 4-3 win over Nazareth on the road on Saturday, October 19^th. Brockport moved to 12-3 on the season with a 6-0 mark in Empire 8 play.
 
Tiffany Andres led the way with her best outing of the season, posting five points on the day with two goals.
 
Samantha Choate led all players with 10 shots (3 SOG), including the game-winning goal.
 
Kelsey Zehr finished the day with four shots on goal for the Green and Gold.
 
Ella Buchanan (W,10-2) earned her 10^th win of the season, making two saves across 60 minutes of action.
 
Program Record: Securing their 9^th victory in a row against Nazareth, the Golden Eagles set a new program record winning streak. With 9 straight wins, the Golden Eagles break the previous winning streak record of 8 that was set in 1981.
 
Balanced Attack: The Golden Eagles offense features 4 players with both 7+ goals and 17+ points on the season. Allison Greene leads the way with 10 goals and 6 assists for 26 points, with Kelsey Zehr (8G, 6A), Paige Thowe (7G, 4A), and Samantha Choate (7G, 3A) all close behind.
 
Scouting Geneseo: The Knights are in the midst of a 10-game winning streak, sitting at 14-1 overall and 7-0 in conference play. Geneseo currently ranks as the #20 team in Division 3, defeating Russell Sage last Saturday, 9-0. The Golden Eagles will enter Wednesday in search of their first win over Geneseo since 2007.
