Brockport, NY: The Brockport field hockey team will close out the regular season on Thursday, October 21
st, by hosting St. John Fisher for Graduate Senior Night at 7 p.m.

Last Outing: The Golden Eagles defeated Utica on the road, 3-1, on Saturday, October 26
th. Brockport improved to 13-4 overall with a 7-1 mark in Empire 8 play.

Ella Buchanan (W, 11-3) provided one of her best outings of the season. Buchanan finished with 13 saves, posting 13+ saves in back-to-back games and 10+ saves in four of her last five outings

Paige Thowe would lead all players with three points, burying a goal and adding an assist.

Graduate Senior Day: Before the start of the contest,
Samantha Choate will be recognized for her contributions to the Brockport field hockey program. Choate instantly emerged as a top offensive threat for the Golden Eagles, posting eight goals and three assists for 19 points. Across her colligate career, Choate has accumulated 59 points from 24 goals and 11 assists, making 69 starts in her successful career.

Versatile Offense: The Golden Eagles offense has found success from several players, with 6 Brockport players posting five goals or more on the season.

Scouting Fisher: The Cardinals will enter Thursday's matchup with a 7-10 record, holding a 5-3 mark in Empire 8 play. St John Fisher most recently defeated Keuka on Senior Day 7-0 last Saturday. Brockport will be looking to end an eight-game losing streak in the head-to-head series dating back to 2013. Â Â
