Brockport, NY – At 6-1 in the Empire 8 and 13-7 overall, the SUNY Brockport women's volleyball team has officially clinched a spot in the postseason.
 
As a second-year member of the E8, Brockport is heading to its second straight Empire 8 Conference Tournament. It marks the 11^th consecutive season for the program to secure a spot to play in its conference tournament. Head Coach Jim Clar is leading Brockport to his third postseason trip in a row in as many seasons.
 
The Golden Eagles have been on fire as of late, riding the momentum of a six-match win streak across E8 play. This includes four, 3-0, sweeps coming against Keuka, Geneseo, Utica, and SUNY Poly. Brockport has a current streak of 12 straight set wins heading into the next match.
 
Brockport is headed on the road this Friday for a 6pm matchup with Alfred. Then the squad comes home on Saturday for a 2pm clash with Houghton.
