th at 4:30 PM.
Last Time Out: The Golden Eagles fell on the road at #25-ranked Rochester, 3-0, on Friday, September 5
th. The loss marked Brockport's first of the season, falling to 2-1 to begin the 2025 campaign.
Goalie
Katelynn Banning kept the Golden Eagles close throughout, making 14 saves on the day with just three goals allowed.
Autumn Kramer provided a stellar defensive effort, leading all players with two defensive saves.

Ava Sanchez all recorded a shot on goal in the contest.
Stepping Up: Returning for her senior season as Brockport's most experienced goalkeeper,
Katelynn Banning was excellent in Brockport's loss to Rochester. In her first start of 2025, Banning set a new career high in saves (14) and shots faced (36). Sitting behind
Ella Buchanan for three seasons, Banning has made the most of her opportunities with the Green and Gold. Across 18 games played (7 starts), the Buffalo, NY native has posted a 5-3 record with 10 scoreless appearances (1 shutout). Across Banning's three losses, she combined for 33 saves to just seven goals allowed.
Fresh Faces: The Golden Eagles have leaned on their talented freshman class through the first three outings. Freshman
Makenna Hart has been a key standout for the Brockport offense, leading the squad with two goals and five shots on goal.
Ava Sanchez and
Elise Brady have been key in Brockport's two victories, each posting a game-winning goal to begin the season.
Emily Nestor has contributed heavily to Brockport's strong defense, leading the squad in minutes played (183), playing every second of the Golden Eagles' first three contests.
Scouting Morrisville: The Mustangs are looking to bounce back from a mediocre 2024 season, posting a 5-9 record (0-4 SUNYAC). Morrisville has jumped out to a 1-2 start, dropping back-to-back contests following a season opener win at Elmira. Brockport will look to maintain its dominance in the head-to-head series, having won 12 straight matchups dating back to 2011. The last four meetings have seen Brockport post a +33-goal differential (4 shutouts).
