Senior Lexi King (Glendale, AZ/Mountain Ridge) has been named The College at Brockport Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending March 30. She had strong performances both days of the National Collegiate Gymnastics Association (NCGA) National Championship earning All-American honors in the floor exercise and vault.

King earned First-Team All-American honors Saturday in the floor exercise as she tied for second place overall with a 9.75 score. Also on Saturday, she earned Second-Team All-American honors scoring 9.60 on the vault, placing 12th overall.

On Friday, King helped the Golden Eagles finish fourth overall in the Championship. She scored a 9.675 on the floor exercise and a 9.575 on the vault finishing fifth and 19th overall.

In addition it was announced Saturday that King had earned a spot on the NCGA Senior All-Academic team.
