Freshman Erin Luke (Latham, NY/Shaker) had three impressive finishes in the dual meet against Oswego over the weekend including a victory in the 50-yard freestyle and earns this week’s award as The College at Brockport’s Female Athlete of the Week.

Luke won the 50-yard freestyle sprint with a winning time of 26.14 seconds and also took third in the 100-yard backstroke with a season-best time of 1:05.59. She also led the 200-yard freestyle relay to first place points in the meet’s final event with an anchor 50-yard split time of 25:41 which was the fastest 50-yard split in the race.

The freshman accounted for 12 individual points and 11 relay points on the day for the Golden Eagles.
