Mark Driesel (Kent, NY/Kendall) came on to close out the game. The senior picked up his first career save.
Brockport scored four runs through the first three frames to set the tone. With two outs in the first, Bunce doubled down the left field line and later scored on a

After the Yellowjackets got on the board in the eighth, they threatened with a two out, bases loaded double to cut Brockport's lead to two. Driesel came on and faced two batters in the inning, forcing a groundout and a popup to first base to seal the victory for Brockport.
The Golden Eagles will take on St. John Fisher tomorrow afternoon for a nonconference matchup at 4:00 pm before closing out their SUNYAC schedule with a three-game series at Oneonta on Friday and Saturday
