th at 3:30.
Â
Last Weekend: Brockport took 2 of 3 games against Oswego St, clinching the two seed in the SUNYAC tournament.
Â
Game One: The Green and Gold fell 4-2 to Oswego in game one at Monroe Community College. After 5 scoreless innings for Brockport, RBI singles from
Patrick Bigham and
Ryan Voight put Brockport ahead 2-1 entering the 7
th. The lead was short-lived as Oswego responded with 3 runs in the top of the 7
th, thanks to a 2 RBI single from Owen Parliament to make the game 4-2.

Â
Game Two: The Golden Eagles rallied back multiple times en route to a 9-8 victory in 13 innings of game one of Saturday's doubleheader. Brockport trailed 6-0 entering the bottom of the 6
th before RBI hits from
Ryan Voight and
Johnny Genau cut the lead in half. Trailing by 3 entering the 9
th, Brockport would capitalize on an Oswego error to bring the game within one before a
Patrick Bigham sac fly would tie the game at 6-6. Brockport would have to play from behind once again, as a Jacob Levine homer in the 12
th would put the Lakers ahead by 2 entering the bottom of the inning. In crunch time,
Justin Pangburn smacked a two-run single to once again tie the contest, this time at 8-8. The Golden Eagles did not lead the contest until it mattered, as
Zach Eldred would come around to score on an error in the 13
th for Brockport to walk off Oswego. 12 pitchers were used across both teams in the contest, with
Cooper Meldrim (W, 2-0) providing two scoreless innings in the 12
th and 13
th.
Â
Game Three: Brockport overcame another early deficit to defeat Oswego 12-7. After a 5-run top of the 1
st for the Lakers, the Golden Eagles responded with a 5-run bottom of the 1
st to tie the contest. The Brockport offense exploded for 12 unanswered runs after trailing 5-0, highlighted by multiple hit efforts from
Ryan Voight,
Justin Pangburn,
Nicholas Pastore, and
Zach Eldred, including his two-run homer in the 6
th.
Colin Pytlak (W, 5-4) overcame early adversity to earn the win, going 5 innings and not allowing a run after a 5-run 1
st inning. Brockport improved to 25-15 overall and 14-4 in SUNYAC play to end the regular season.
