A Look Into the 2024 Baseball Season

Brockport, NY - The defending SUNYAC Champion Brockport Golden Eagles will open the 2024 season against New Jersey City in Brooklyn, NY on Saturday, February 24th before taking on Kean University in New Jersey on Sunday at noon.

2023 Recap: After opening the season with a 4-6 record, the Golden Eagles put together an excellent 2023 campaign, going 29-18 overall (14-4 SUNYAC) and capturing their first SUNYAC title since 2010. Following an 8-0 loss against Stockton University on March 16th, the Golden Eagles would rip off a 10-game winning streak, lasting until April 4th. Following a Hometown Heroes doubleheader sweep of Oswego State, Brockport would roll to a 3-1 record in the SUNYAC tournament, cumulating in a 12-9 extra-inning comeback win over Cortland. Two wins over Cortland in both the regular season and postseason marked the first time in program history that the Golden Eagles have defeated the Red Dragons 4 times in a single season. After a 1-1 start in NCAA Regionals, Brockport's season would come to an end in an 8-6 loss against Susquehanna.
