Last Time Out: The Golden Eagles finished their trip to Auburndale, FL on a high note, blanking SUNY Cobleskill in doubleheader action, 12-0 and 4-0. Brockport improved to 8-3 on the season following the doubleheader sweep and is in the midst of a 5-game winning streak.

Nick Mahar reached base safely 4 times, going 2/3 with 2 RBIs.

Cole Traudt went 2/4 at the plate, adding an RBI and a triple on the day.

th inning to give Brockport its lone 4 runs of the contest.

Colin Pytlak (2-1) was sharp on the mound, striking out 7 batters across 5 scoreless frames and picking up the win.

Anthony Lapine shut the door for Brockport, allowing just one hit across two scoreless frames. Â

Pitcher of the Week: Two-way standout
Zach Eldred earned SUNYAC Pitcher of the Week for his performance in game one against SUNY Cobleskill. Eldred picked up his first win of the season, going 5 scoreless innings with 9 punchouts. Â Â

Can't Catch Em: The Golden Eagles have created havoc for opposing backstops to begin the season, stealing 30 bases on just 33 attempts. Josh Index (9-10) and
Frank Vanzillotta (9-9) lead Brockport in stolen bags and both rank in the top 3 in the SUNYAC in stolen bases per game.

Scouting SUNY Poly: The Wildcats currently sit at 8-9 on the season and are currently in the midst of a 6-game losing streak following a strong 8-3 start. Ryan Pelton leads the Poly offense, holding an excellent .446/.485/.643 slash line with 25 hits and 16 RBIs in 16 games.
