BROCKPORT, NY- The #6-seeded Brockport Field Hockey team will head to #3-seeded Nazareth for the opening round of the Empire 8 Tournament on Saturday, November 1st at 1 PM.
Regular Season Recap: The Golden Eagles finished the 2025 regular season with an 8-9 overall record and a 5-5 mark in conference play. Brockport jumped out to a strong 3-1 start in non-conference play, securing wins over Allegheny College (2-1), Juniata College (4-3), and SUNY Morrisville (3-1) to begin the season. The Green and Gold remained steady in conference play, securing midseason wins over Elmira, Alfred, Russell Sage, and Keuka, with three of those victories coming in shutout fashion. Needing a victory over Utica University to secure a spot in the postseason, Brockport clinched a playoff spot at home with a 2-1 win, thanks in part to two goals from freshman

Terralyn McLaughlin (6G-5A-17P) and
Cassidy Pado (4G-3A-11P) enjoyed breakout sophomore seasons, finishing tied for first and third in points respectively. Freshman
Emily Nestor was irreplaceable on the Brockport midfield/backline, leading the team with nearly 1,000 minutes played on the season.
