Victor Alongi has emerged as a top offensive threat for the Green and Gold. Alongi holds a .409 batting average, hitting .523 with nine RBIs and six runs scored in his last six outings.

Scouting Utica: The Pioneers hold a 17-13-1 record with a 12-9 mark in Empire 8 play, most recently defeating Alfred 17-7 last Wednesday. The Golden Eagles and Pioneers have not met since the 2010 season, which saw the Golden Eagles pick up a doubleheader sweep.
