Brockport, NY – Stephanie Jean-Baptiste was recently recognized with another postseason honor, being named D3hoops.com All-Region 3 1^st-Team. She adds to a long list of accolades earned in her senior year, cementing her spot as one of the best players in program history.
 
This season, SJB has now earned D3hoops All-Region 1^st-Team, Empire 8 Player of the Year, 1^st-Team All-Conference, USBWA Rochester Area 1^st-Team, 5 Empire 8 Player of the Week honors, D3hoops Team of the Week honors, and was selected to play in the 2026 WBCA Women's Basketball Senior All-Star Game.
 
The Jersey City, NJ native led the Empire 8 conference in scoring, averaging 19.0 points per game while shooting a clinical 44.9% from the floor. Jean-Baptiste proved to be a dynamic threat in every facet of the game, adding 5.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists per contest. Her season was highlighted by a program-record 41-point outburst against St. John Fisher.
 
She concludes her career as one of the most decorated players in program history, ranking in the top five all-time at Brockport in points (1,578), steals (194), made field goals (598), and made three-pointers (147).
 
Players chosen to the D3hoops.com All-Region team are eligible for All-America selection. There is no separate nomination process. This is the 25th year D3hoops.com has named an All-Region team and this year's All-America team will be the 29th annual All-America selections. The D3hoops.com All-American teams, along with those of the respective coaches' associations, are the only ones recognized in the NCAA record book.
 
SJB earning 1^st-Team All-Region officially qualifies her for D3hoops All-American recognition, which will be announced prior to the Division III men's basketball championship game, which is on Saturday, March 22.
