BROCKPORT, NY – The historic senior season of
Stephanie Jean-Baptiste reached another milestone on Wednesday, March 8th, as the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) officially named her to the 2026 DIII Women's Basketball All-ECAC First-Team.
This latest honor serves as a crowning achievement for the Jersey City native, further solidifying her legacy as one of the most decorated student-athletes to ever wear the Green and Gold. The All-ECAC selection comes on the heels of the postseason for Jean-Baptiste, who was recently named to the D3hoops.com All-Region 3 First-Team and chosen as one of only 20 seniors in the country to compete in the prestigious WBCA Division III Senior All-Star Game.
SJB's final year in the Empire 8 was nothing short of clinical. Leading the conference with a blistering 19.0 points per game, she proved to be an unstoppable offensive engine, shooting 44.9% from the floor. The defining moment of her season came in a historic performance against St. John Fisher, where she dropped a program-record 41 points, a feat that showcased her ability to take over a game at will.
While her career in the Green and Gold has reached its conclusion, one honor remains on the horizon. By securing a spot on the D3hoops.com All-Region 1st-Team, Jean-Baptiste has officially qualified for D3hoops.com All-American consideration, which will be announced prior to the Division III men's basketball championship game, which is on Saturday, March 22.
