Summers was a key fixture for the Golden Eagles as they went 2-1 during the week, including two important victories of SUNYAC opponents. In the first game of the week against Hobart College, Summers scored 17 points, while grabbing seven rebounds and blocking three shots in 26 minutes of play. Up next, the junior shined in the two battles over the weekend starting with an upset win against the No. 10 ranked Plattsburgh State. Summers was able to hit 9-of-12 shots from the free-throw line on his way to 21 points, 14 rebounds and recording another block in 36 minutes on the court. The final game of the weekend was a dominating performance over SUNY Potsdam. Summers scored 23 points and secured another double-double with a career high 18 rebounds, while collecting two blocks.
